About Enchanting Ireland Over 20+ Trips to Ireland Since 1994 among other world-wide adventures

Enchanting Ireland.com has been arranging tours, custom fly & drive vacations as well as private chauffeured tours to Ireland since 2001.

My first trip to Ireland was in 1994 when I traveled with eight friends, rented a 13th century castle in Loughrea, Co. Galway, and toured the country by car for a week. Returning a few years later I was amazed at how quickly I acclimated myself to driving on the left, navigating and the B&B system. In fact, I returned twice that same year, introducing my cousin to Ireland a few months afterward.

After a few more trips and helping others with their plans I created Enchanting Ireland to introduce first-time travelers to Ireland by offering my first-hand advice (and sharing my mistakes!), itinerary help and general information regarding travel in Ireland.

While I am knowledgable of Ireland and traveling Europe, I do not consider myself and expert by any means and if someone presents themself as such -- RUN!

Traveling is a passion and knowing where I've been helps put potential clients at ease when purchasing a package. Below you will find my recent travel resume, since Google started tracking location via our smart phones. Please keep in mind that adventures prior to this are also concetrated in Europe, rounding out my world-wide exploraton with with a trip to Russia in 2000.

I have taken organized tours, where we were on a bus and traveled between cities together. I have also organized and traveled on "hosted vacations", where we tour a few locations and have the services of a host to help navigate from the airport, hotel, ferry/train, etc. Most of my vacations are self-drive vacations, mainly to Ireland but also in Spain, Italy, Portugal and France as well.

No matter what, I make sure I treat your travel plans as my own.
