This big question is, "Can I get my money back?" if you cancel to vacation.
We are the only agency out there that has a fair cancellation policy when it comes to self-drive vacations in Ireland while all of our competitors offer non-refundable packages. Book with any other company and something happens at the last-minute, you lose the whole value of your vacation.
This cancellation policy only applies to self-drive vacations consisting of Irish B&Bs, Manor House Hotels, Castle Hotels, Irish Hotels, Car Rentals. Tours, property rentals and other miscellaneous items are not included and cancellation policies will vary.

Ireland Chauffeur Vacation Cancellation Policy
Our chauffeur vacation cancellation policy is a bit more strict as we are beholden to our drivers in Ireland and have to adhere to their policies when it comes to their portion of the tour.
- Chauffeur Deposit - this is non-refundable from the time it is received.
- Chauffeur Final Payment - once final payment is received, it is no longer refundable.

Ireland Bus Tour Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies are set by tour companies when reserving a bus tour, small group tour, boat, etc. You may inquire beforehand of the cancellation policy and you will most certainly receive a copy along with your booking.
Many tour operators will refund your tour, minus deposit, if you cancel 30- to 90-days prior to departure therefore we ask that you inquire before making your deposit. Off-season tours and peak-season tours have different requirements as well.
COVID-19 Cancellation Updates
Many tour operators have implemented new cancellation policies, allowing changes to your dates without penalty, reduced deposits and requiring final payment closer to your departure date. These policies have changed rapidly to try and keep up with COVID restrictions by country and will continue to do so as travel begins to come back one country at a time.
